As ever a great service, were ready and waiting for us at the airport. Notwithstanding the flight was ahead of schedule, as we fly in to Plovdiv airport, it is always useful service to have the represents meet us there, although the cars are not the newest they are always reliable and come with everything he will need, looking forward to booking again next year, and possibly taking the car slightly further, possibly even into Greece. We rented a car for two weeks and traveled around Bulgaria and Greece. The car we got was in a very good condition, we got it in the Sofia airport just upon arrival. Truly speaking the price for rent a car we`ve got from MOTOROADS was one of the lowest among other rentals. We got no problem with driving insurance though I did had a small road accident. We were given a 24 hours accident and service telephone number. In a ward, we are totally satisfied with the MOTOROADS their service and we will definitely use their services again. Thank you. I rented a car on 08/22/16, I order a car only here, there was a rental experience in other companies, but there were always some unpleasant impressions, the car was out of order, some problems with company managers . . . but this is not about MOTOROADS, The quality and service of this company is always on top! I have been with you for 3 years already and it would seem to surprise me simply not possible, but every time you do it with ease. The last time I had a brand-new golf, the machine is just a fairy tale, in excellent condition, it was one pleasure to drive it! Great Service - a rental car was available at short notice that was perfect for the snow conditions in January. Quick and helpful response by email and telephone. Friendly and helpful staff at Sofia airport for collection and return. The staff checked the status of the road closures for us and offered advice on driving in snow.
